What to include in your message

To help us resolve your query as quickly as possible, please include the email address you used at checkout, the device you're streaming on (Firestick, Smart TV, Android, iOS, or another device), and a short description of what's happening. If you're reporting a playback or setup issue, letting us know your internet speed and which app you're using also helps us diagnose it faster.
