How to set up IPTV on iPhone / iPad

Just follow the steps below, one at a time. If you get stuck at any point, scroll to the bottom — we are happy to help over WhatsApp or do it for you.

Setting up on a different device? Firestick · Android TV · Smart TV · Windows / Mac

First, which app did you already install, or would like to use?

We recommend IBO Player or HotPlayer — they just need a quick activation from us, included at no extra cost. Prefer to set things up yourself right now without waiting for us? IPTV Smarters Pro is a free alternative you can install immediately.

Now, tap the device you are using:

1

Open your device's app store

Find the "App Store" app on your device — it has a blue icon with a white "A" shape.

You are looking for the App Store.

2

Search for "IPTV Smarters Pro"

Tap the search box (it usually has a magnifying glass icon 🔍) and type exactly this:

IPTV Smarters Pro
3

Install the app

Tap the button that says Get, Install, or Download. Wait for it to finish — this can take a minute.

4

Open the app

Once it is installed, tap Open. If you don't see that button, find the new IPTV Smarters Pro icon on your home screen and tap it.

5

Look for "Login with M3U URL"

The app will ask how you want to sign in. Look for a button or option called Login with M3U URL (it may also say M3U URL or Add Playlist) and tap it.

6

Type in the name and link we sent you

You will see two boxes. In the first box, type any name you like — for example "My TV".

In the second box, carefully type or paste the playlist link we emailed or sent you on WhatsApp after your payment. It will look something like this:

http://your-server-url/get.php?username=...&password=...

Tip: it's much easier to copy and paste this than to type it. If someone sent it to you in a message, press and hold the link, then tap Copy.

7

Tap "Add User" or "Login"

Once both boxes are filled in, tap the button at the bottom — it will say something like Add User or Login.

You're all set!

Your channels and shows should now appear on the screen. Tap anything you'd like to watch. That's it — enjoy!

Setting up IPTV on iPhone or iPad: what's different

The good news for Apple users: iPhone and iPad are among the simplest devices to set up. Unlike a Firestick, you don't need to change any developer settings or allow "unknown sources" — every player app installs straight from the App Store, and the steps are identical whether you're on an iPhone or an iPad.

One thing worth knowing: IPTV player apps occasionally disappear from the App Store and reappear under a slightly different name. If you can't find the exact app above, don't worry — any M3U-compatible player works the same way, and we can point you to a current one on WhatsApp.

Watch on your TV with AirPlay

Because you're on an Apple device, you can start watching on your iPhone or iPad and send it straight to a big screen. Tap the AirPlay icon (a small TV with a triangle) and pick your Apple TV or any AirPlay-compatible television on the same Wi-Fi — no extra app needed.

iPhone & iPad tips and quick fixes

  • Use Wi-Fi, not mobile data. Live TV streams a lot of data — a couple of hours can use several gigabytes — so connect to Wi-Fi to avoid a surprise phone bill.
  • Keep the app open. iOS pauses video when you lock the screen or switch to another app. If playback stops, just reopen the player.
  • Nothing installing?Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with your Apple ID, then try the search again.
  • Picture buffering?Close the app fully and reopen it, and check your Wi-Fi signal — you'll want a steady connection for smooth HD and 4K.

Stuck on any step?

That's completely okay — this trips people up all the time. Message us and a real person will walk you through it, or even set it up for you.
