Getting started is easy
Just follow the steps below, one at a time. If you get stuck at any point, scroll to the bottom — we are happy to help over WhatsApp or do it for you.
Jump straight to your device: Firestick · Android TV · Smart TV · iPhone / iPad · Windows / Mac
First, which app did you already install, or would like to use?
We recommend IBO Player or HotPlayer — they just need a quick activation from us, included at no extra cost. Prefer to set things up yourself right now without waiting for us? IPTV Smarters Pro is a free alternative you can install immediately.
Now, tap the device you are using:
Open your device's app store
On your Fire TV remote, press the Home button. Move to the top and select "Find" then "Search".
You are looking for the Appstore.
Search for "IPTV Smarters Pro"
Tap the search box (it usually has a magnifying glass icon 🔍) and type exactly this:
Install the app
Tap the button that says Get, Install, or Download. Wait for it to finish — this can take a minute.
Open the app
Once it is installed, tap Open. If you don't see that button, find the new IPTV Smarters Pro icon on your home screen and tap it.
Look for "Login with M3U URL"
The app will ask how you want to sign in. Look for a button or option called Login with M3U URL (it may also say M3U URL or Add Playlist) and tap it.
Type in the name and link we sent you
You will see two boxes. In the first box, type any name you like — for example "My TV".
In the second box, carefully type or paste the playlist link we emailed or sent you on WhatsApp after your payment. It will look something like this:
Tip: it's much easier to copy and paste this than to type it. If someone sent it to you in a message, press and hold the link, then tap Copy.
Tap "Add User" or "Login"
Once both boxes are filled in, tap the button at the bottom — it will say something like Add User or Login.
You're all set!
Your channels and shows should now appear on the screen. Tap anything you'd like to watch. That's it — enjoy!
Setting up IPTV on Amazon Fire TV Stick: what's different
Whether you have the original Fire TV Stick, a Stick 4K/Max, or a Fire TV Cube, the steps above are identical — they all run the same Fire OS and the same Appstore. Use the mic button on your Fire TV remote to search by voice instead of typing if that's easier.
One thing specific to Fire TV Stick: the base model has limited storage, so if an install is slow or fails, free up space first — go to Settings → My Fire TV → Applications and close down anything you don't use.
Fire TV Stick tips and quick fixes
- Buffering or freezing? Unplug the Fire TV Stick itself (not just the TV) for 30 seconds, or go to Settings → My Fire TV → Restart — this clears most playback issues.
- Use 5GHz Wi-Fi if your router has it. It's faster and less crowded than 2.4GHz, which matters for 4K channels.
- Still shaky on Wi-Fi? A cheap Ethernet adapter for the Fire TV Stick gives the most stable picture, especially for live sport.
- Can't find the app store? On the Fire TV home screen, it's usually under the Apps tab along the top, not the main row of tiles.
